USA Drives Ltd. Consent for Electronic Documents

You are electronically submitting your application or order for a USA Drives Ltd. and its corporate affiliates’ (collectively, “USA Drives Group” and each a “USA Drives Company”) product or service on the USA Drives Group’s website(s). As part of this process, USA Drives Group is requesting that you give consent to your electronic signature on application or order for USA Drives Group’s product or service being valid and binding and to receive electronic record(s) or document(s) related to your application or order for USA Drives Group’s product or service. CONSENT

By clicking on the “SUBMIT” button, you consent to the following:

1. that USA Drives Group can make available to you electronic record(s) or document(s) regarding your application or order made on the USA Drives Group website(s) that leads to USA Drives Group providing a product or service to you (the “Transactional Information”);
2. that you, as the consumer, may request USA Drives Group for non-electronic document(s) or record(s) of your Transactional Information, where necessary;
3. that you, as the consumer, can withdraw your consent, at any time, to receive Transactional Information electronically, by contacting info@usadrives.com. You acknowledge however, that by withdrawing your consent to receive Transactional Information electronically, USA Drives Group may not be able to provide its service(s) or product(s) to you in the same manner as when you received it electronically and such withdrawal of consent may result in hindrance of service(s) or product(s) being delivered to you. You also acknowledge that when you withdraw your consent to receive Transactional Information electronically, any prior Transactional Information you provided to USA Drives Group will remain legally valid and effective;
4. that your consent is applicable to any documents and records arising out of transactions and business relationship commencing from the submission of your application and moving forward with USA Drives Group providing its service(s) or product(s) to you;
5. that you, as the consumer, may make a request to update your contact information, at any time by contacting info@usadrives.com;
6. that you have the means to open, read, access and store Transactional Information that USA Drives Group sends you electronically. Most Transactional Information, if not requested otherwise by you, will be sent via USA Drives’ email with or without attachments; some Transactional Information, if not requested otherwise by you may be sent via text message(s) or SMS and you may incur data and/or message fees with your mobile phone network carrier ; and
7. that your e-signature on any of the Transactional Information or related document(s) or record(s) is governed by the 106-229, 114 Stat.464 Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and is therefore legally valid and binding.
